Exchanges & Returns

We only accept returns and exchanges on binders.

We will happily accept exchanges/returns for binders within 15 days from purchase date, as long as they are unworn, clean, undamaged and returned with their original packaging.

The binder can be taken out from its packaging to be tried on, however, if it is marked or damaged in any way, we will decide on our own whether to agree to a replacement/refund.

If you choose exchanges ,once we receive the binder, we'll assess the condition. All being well，we will sent you our chest binder size chart to re-order the size you need within 5 business days.

If you choose returns, we'll assess the condition and return your money back to your paypal account once we received the item within 24 hours.

You may request exchange or a refund, you don't need to pay for the return commission charge, but you need to pay for the shipping cost of exchange or return.

Please do not send the product back by yourself, you can contact us via email before exchange/refund. When your exchange/return was permitted，we will give you a return address.

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your binder to organise your exchange/return.
