1. Is my parcel discreet?

Yes! Your parcel is completely discreet. Orders are sent in unbranded China Post satchels.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, You can modify your order before it is shipped, we do not accept changes to orders if they have already been shipped.

3. What countries can you ship to?

The range covers the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and APO, EPO, DPO addresses) as well as Canada.

4. What payment methods are supported?

We only accept any payment method acceptable to PayPal.

5. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the CHONGQING. We ship by China Post, offering Standard and Express tracked shipping.

6. When will my parcel arrive?

The delivery time of China Post depends on the destination. Under normal circumstances, the transit time takes 7-30 Days.

International deliveries may be delayed because of limited flights due to Covid-19. Please be patient.

7. Is my parcel trackable?

Yes, you should be emailed a tracking number directly by China Post once your parcel has been scanned at the post office.

Sometimes these automated emails go to spam so check your junk folder, or contact us if you can't find your tracking number. You can track your parcel at https://www.chest-binder.com/pages/track-order

8. Can I return something I bought?

We accept returns on binders. Check out our Exchange & Return Policy

9. The binder I bought is the wrong size, can I exchange/return it?

Yes! Getting the right sized binder is so important for both comfort, effectiveness and safe binding. We will happily accept exchanges/returns for binders within 15 days from purchase date, as long as they are unworn, clean, undamaged and returned with the original packaging.

The binder can be taken out from its packaging to be tried on, however, if it is marked or damaged in any way, the exchange/return will be at our discretion.

10. Do you offer free returns?

Yes! We offer free returns and exchanges, but you need to pay for the shipping cost of exchange or return.

11. I'm not sure what size to get, can you help?
